📚 Master Catalog — what you do here

This is the library of every option that can show up in any property's Selection Worksheet. Edits here affect every property that uses the option. Rob, Peggy, and Kevin can all edit. If Peggy makes a change, Kevin or Rob should review and sign off before that change is shown to clients.

  • Each card = one option. Click anywhere on the card to open the editor (slide-over from the right) where you set the code, line items with cost codes, photos, and rates.
  • Bulk actions — checkbox in the top-left of any card. Select multiple → blue bar at the top lets you Activate / Deactivate / Move category / Delete. Shift-click for range select. Esc clears selection.
  • Filters — Standard / Custom / Active / All / Inactive toggles + dropdowns for Category / Division / Room. The KPI strip up top shows global counts (not filtered).
  • Photos vs Documents in the editor — Photos show to the client, Documents are internal-only (vendor quotes, spec sheets, emails).
  • Legacy badge on cards with no line items but a default rate — those came from old PCO sheets and should eventually be migrated to line items.
