Pre-selected (green-border) targets are heuristic suggestions based on the option name. Click Apply All Suggestions to commit every suggestion at once, or change individual dropdowns and they auto-save on change. Confirmed rows hide on next refresh — toggle "Show confirmed" to bring them back.
